LEICESTER QUINTET TAKE ON SCOTS
Five Leicester stars featured in two international matches against Scotland over the weekend at Belle Vue. On Saturday England triumphed 4-1 but the Scots fought back on Sunday to gain a 1-1 draw. The five Leicester players in a very young and inexperienced England side were Chloe Rogers, Kerry Williams, Hannah MacLeod, Gemma Darrington and Katie Long. Also in the England side was former player Rebecca Herbert who has just completed a season in Holland playing for Kampong. As can be seen from the EH report below, our girls made a significant contribution in Saturday's match.

Shortly after Scotland had pulled one back on 50 minutes, Hannah Macleod finished with a good deflection from a Chloe Rogers cross before Nicola White scored England’s fourth after good work down the wing by Hannah Macleod.
The next England action is against Spain on 13th and 14th June, just down the road at Highfields. Nottingham.
