Little Beam Foundation Named Official Mental Health Partner for Leicester City Hockey
9th October 2023 — Leicester City Hockey proudly announces a ground-breaking partnership with the Little Beam Foundation, marking a significant commitment to prioritising mental health within the organisation and the broader community.
Recognising the growing importance of mental well-being in sports, Leicester City Hockey has chosen the Little Beam Foundation as its Official Mental Health Partner. The Little Beam Foundation is a registered charity dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and providing support to children and young people facing mental health challenges in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
This partnership signifies Leicester City Hockey's proactive approach to fostering a culture of mental wellness within its players, staff, and supporters. By aligning with the Little Beam Foundation, the organisation aims to contribute to the de-stigmatisation of mental health issues and create a supportive environment for everyone associated with Leicester City Hockey.
